Testimonials:
“I have been learning tai chi with Maria since 2004. She is a wonderful clear, patient and clear teacher and builds a real community within her classes. Tai chi is immediately accessible for all, yet has a much greater depth than first perceived – still so much to learn and practice” Prem
”I have been going to Maria’s tai chi classes for around 14 years now and recommend them to everybody. Whether it’s in Tai Chi forms, Chi Kung, weapons or martial arts applications, Maria is a patient, sympathetic and inspiring teacher with many years’ experience. Whether you are an absolute beginner or been learning Wu Style Tai Chi for many years, Maria is great at picking you up where you are and moving you forward in your learning. The groups are all friendly and supportive too and welcome all new members. Why not come and see for yourself ?” Linden
”As soon as the class starts I de-stress as I focus on Maria’s encouraging instruction and the flow of movements. It’s a friendly group with cheerful banter and help from those who are more advanced. Always feel more upbeat afterwards and look forward to Tuesday evenings.” Sian
I decided to “Just Do It” !! in late 2022 and was welcomed into this friendly, informal group. I get help when needed and thoroughly enjoy the learning process.Any comfortable clothes plus a pair of trainers is all that’s required to take part in the sessions. Ian
